Required Eligibility

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Commit to attending required mentorship sessions and program activities.

  • Have reliable internet access and the ability to participate in virtual programming.

  • Have at least 7 years of professional experience in the music industry or a closely related field

  • Be currently employed, freelancing, or consulting with a demonstrated career in music.
